Learn MorePractical HOA management covering dues, rule enforcement, budgets, and common area upkeep. Your board gets one dedicated point of contact.
Learn MoreTownhome associations have shared roofs, drives, and utilities that need coordinated care. We tailor the service plan to how your community is actually built.
Learn MoreCooperatives run on shares and proprietary leases, not deeded units. We support co-op boards with reporting and communication built for that structure.
Learn MoreOffice, retail, and mixed-use properties managed with the same responsiveness we bring to residential communities. Owners get clear reporting every month.
Learn MoreHands-on rental management for owners of apartment buildings and rental portfolios. Rent collection, tenant response, and maintenance coordination included.
Learn MoreThe umbrella program that ties governance, finance, and administration together for any common interest community. Built around Illinois statutory requirements.
Learn MoreOne of a small number of management companies in Illinois to earn this CAI designation.
We stay in regular contact with every board and every homeowner, not just during annual meetings.
Every property manager holds an active Illinois license and participates in ongoing CAI education.
The Accredited Association Management Company designation is awarded by the Community Associations Institute to firms that meet strict standards for staffing, experience, credentialing, and business practice. Fewer than 2 percent of management companies nationwide hold it.
For a board it means the company you hire has credentialed managers, documented procedures, and a record it is willing to put in front of an outside reviewer. For a homeowner it means the people handling your assessments and your building are held to a professional standard.
"The AAMC accreditation demonstrates a company's commitment to knowledge, expertise, customer service, and integrity in community association management."
Community Associations Institute
Advantage Management was founded in Skokie in 1999 by managers who believed boards deserved direct access to the people running their communities. That approach has carried the firm from a handful of local associations to more than 160 communities and 8,000 units across Chicago and the suburbs, with a leadership team that still knows the properties by name.
The company remains locally owned and locally staffed. Boards work with credentialed managers who live and work in the same market as the communities they serve.
