He oversees the firm's management operations, guides its accreditation standards, and works directly with boards on governance, budgeting, and long-range planning for communities across Chicago and the suburbs.

Neal Shamis serves as Chief Operating Officer and holds the CMCA and AMS designations. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the management portfolio, including manager assignments, service standards, vendor relationships, and the systems that keep boards and homeowners informed.

Chuck Blatt leads marketing and business development for Advantage Management while continuing to serve as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He holds the CMCA designation and is often the first point of contact for boards evaluating a change in management, walking them through the proposal process and the transition that follows.

Chris F. Kiefor is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees association accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation, reserve tracking, and the internal controls that protect client funds, and he supports boards through audits and year-end reporting.
Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager

Kenny Parquette is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager holding the CAM credential. He manages a portfolio of associations directly and mentors other managers on maintenance planning, capital projects, and board relations.
Director of Operations
Andrea Bodenstein serves as Director of Operations, coordinating the administrative and support functions that keep management services running. Her work covers office operations, client communications, records administration, and support for the portfolio management team.
